Southern Tier AIDS Program The Southern Tier AIDS Program provides comprehensive HIV/AIDS services in the Southern Tier of New York. Founded in 1984 as a local responsive to the HIV epidemic, Southern Tier AIDS program provides effective and innovative HIV and HCV prevention education and outreach services to individuals and communities and comprehensive and caring services to people living with HIV/AIDS. Serving eight counties from four office locations, all our services are free and confidential.

Southern Tier Gender Alliance Our group is very diversified. We are first and foremost a Transgender group, all members of the Transgender community are treated equally and with respect. Those of who have S/O’s (Significant Others) value their support and involvement in the group. We respect and welcome as members supporters and allies, without regard to sexual orientation.
