Mpowerment Specialist

Noah is the Mpowerment Speicalist for the Southern Tier AIDS Program. As a proud member of the commmunity, Noah has served as President of Unity In Pride a student run group at  Broome Community College, served as a liaisaon between Unity In Pride and Binghamton University's Rainbow Pride Coalition, and as an officer of the Gay Straight Alliance at Topmkins Cortalnd Community College helping bring local sections of the AIDS Quilt to both TC3 and BCC. Noah likes fashion, design, and photography.
